TIE joined 40+ associations to oppose the Polish proposal to move towards a state-run extended producer responsibility scheme for packaging.
This system would turn into a taxation model, fail to contribute to the EU circular economy goals and run against an upcoming harmonisation of EU-based EPR schemes.
