Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation proposal: further improving the responsible management of unsold goods
TIE together with nine other industry associations ask the European institutions to consider the following requests for the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) proposal:
- clarify the definition of unsold products
- allow flexibility in the type of treatments permitted
- disclose the information related to unsold products at the request of the European Commission or national authorities only
